About Course

In the context of military battlefield operations, especially in urban and austere environments, the importance of tactical medical training cannot be overstated. Swift and competent medical care can be the difference between life and death in high-risk scenarios. The Goat-Trail Austere Medical Solutions (GAMS) Tactical Austere Medical Practitioner (TAM-P) Austere Care course is a prime example of this commitment to excellence. TAM-P Austere Care is a comprehensive fusion of tactical expertise with trauma care, emergency medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advance Life Support (ALS). This course prepares military personnel who operate in high-risk, high-stress environments through simulations and practical exercises, making them well-equipped for real-world military operations.

Designed meticulously for those who routinely work in challenging conditions, GAMS’ motto, “Real World Medicine for Real World Situations,” highlights its mission to save lives and enhance military operational effectiveness. Tactical medical training is essential to maintain operational readiness and address medical emergencies that can disrupt missions and jeopardize personnel safety in high-risk environments.

The TAM-P Austere Care course serves as a guiding light in times of adversity, ensuring mission success and personnel safety, especially for military medical professionals. It is a critical pillar of military preparedness rooted in the evidence-based principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care – Combat Medic Corpsman (TCCC-CMC). In the realm of overseas international security, such training plays a pivotal role in equipping military medical professionals and others with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate challenging situations and safeguard lives.
